Price List
Everything, on one page, with no "contact us for pricing." Print it, tick what you want, and bring it to the call — this is a starting point for a conversation, not a final quote.
The setup fees are deliberately small, and the monthly is where the value is: it covers hosting, your domain, maintenance and support, and on the Portal package the login you'll use to keep the site current yourself.
1. Choose a package
Every package includes a mobile-friendly site of 3–5 pages, your menu and hours, a contact form, and going live on your own domain. They differ in who keeps the content up to date afterwards — you, me, or nobody because it rarely changes.
Basic
Best if your hours and menu rarely change and you'd rather not think about the website at all.
- Fast static site, hosting and domain included
- Maintenance and basic support
- Need a change? I make it — $25 per small update
- No login of your own
Managed
Best if things do change, but you want to text me and have it done rather than log in anywhere.
- Everything in Basic
- Up to 2 changes a month, made by me, included
- Hours, prices, photos, a new special — just send it
- No login of your own
Portal
Best if prices move, things sell out, or you park somewhere different each day — and you want to fix that yourself in 30 seconds.
- Everything in Basic
- Your own login, built for restaurants, food trucks and market stalls
- Menu, prices, sold-out items, hours, holiday hours, today's location, events
- Works on your phone; the site updates in about a minute
- A login for each of your staff — free
- A log of every change
- Bigger changes (a new page, a redesign) quoted separately
Custom
Best if you want a blog, a big plugin ecosystem, or something built specifically for your business.
- Usually WordPress — yours outright, with your own admin login
- Custom design, integrations and features, quoted
- Move it to any host, any time
- Optional: $120–$180/mo full maintenance & support
Start small if you like. Basic, Managed and Portal are the same website underneath, so moving up later is a switch on my side, not a rebuild — from Basic or Managed to Portal you pay the $100 difference in setup and your monthly changes to $49.

3. Optional add-ons
These cost the same whichever package you pick.
4. What the monthly covers
One monthly line per package. Every one of them includes hosting, your domain name, keeping the site maintained and secure, and being able to reach me when something's off. 12-month minimum, then month to month.
5. How you'd like to pay, and who owns what
These are real prices, not teasers, but they're not a binding quote — the final number is confirmed once we've talked through what you actually need. Hawaii GET is included in every price, never added on top.
